A: Yes you can! You can call me at 1-803-909-9008 24 hours a day, or you can call Arbonne directly at: 1-800-Arbonne - (1-800-272-6663) and tell the order taker that you are a client of Dottie Sylvester, Arbonne Consultant ID#15151439 and you wish to place an order.

Q: Dottie, when I put a product in Arbonne's shopping cart I go to a login page and I don't have a client ID or I cannot find the one you sent me?

A: That's easy. If you are a new client or if you have ordered from me before and do not have your ID# simply register as a new client at the login page, and you will receive a new ID# via email for future orders.

Q: Dottie, how do I find the items that are on your product pages in Arbonne's shopping cart system?

A: On this website - http://BeautifulU.myarbonne.com- you will click SHOP ONLINE or any of the links on our site that direct you to shop online. You will be linked to the shopping cart website - ONCE there, click SHOP ONLINE. You will see the category of the product you want from the menu on the left hand side of the page. Examples: Prolief & Phytoprolief is under "Balancing Creams", NutriminC is under "Beyond Basics", Weight Loss items are under "Nutrition", then Vitality. Or click on the "Quick Shop" and you will go to a page that lists all of Arbonne's products and you simply choose the ones you want.

Q: I do not want to use my credit card online, can I mail a check for my order?

A: Yes you can! Simply list the products you want with your name and mailing address, make a check out for the total plus $7 shipping and add your local sales tax. A: All orders are usually processed within 24 hours. For UPS ground it takes approximately 5 business days shipping time and for UPS Premium: 3 Business days.

Q: How to return product for refund or exchange:

A: You can return it to me, and I will process the return with Arbonne for you. Or, you can call 1-800-arbonne, ask for an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization), then ask for a Return Form which can be faxed or mailed to you and then simply return your products.
